Cricklade Town Council is in the process of reviewing our Neighbourhood Plan. The current plan runs to 2026 and the review will extend it to 2038. The next step is for a draft plan to be prepared which will be subject to public consultation in 2025.
A Preliminary Public Consultation took place in the summer of 2024 and the report sets out the background, the display material including the questionnaire, and a commentary on the public responses. The full word-for-word responses are in the Appendix.

A Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) was commissioned by Cricklade Town Council from consultants AECOM. This will guide future development in the town by analysing census data and other statistics to provide a rigorous basis for policy setting. It will be used by the NPR Working Party in writing the draft plan.
