Local Transparency Code

Under Regulations and Proper Practices, Section 5.76. Town Councils with annual turnover in excess of £200k should as best practice comply with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/local-government-transparency-code-2015

Councillors’ Pecuniary Interests

Under The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012 all members of relevant authorities, including city, town and parish councils are being required to register their “disclosable pecuniary interests” .  View the The Full Register of Interests
